From a young age Ian has been passionate about horses. Originally from a hunter/jumper background, at 14 Ian discovered dressage and never looked back. Born and raised in California’s San Francisco Bay Area, Ian rode with top trainers with a focus on rider position and biomechanics. After working for some of the best in California, Ian moved to New Jersey in 2018 to work with International riders Shannon Stevens and Marcus Orlob where he finessed his skills in correct and classical training methods. His Wellington debut in the winter of 2019 earned two blue ribbons and scores in the 70s with his up and coming young horse Hermann Heine.
Clear and consistent training are at the forefront of Ian’s methods. He believes that kindness and fair training produce the best results for both horse and rider. Ian loves teaching as much as he does riding. Setting goals and creating plans for success for both horse and rider are close to his heart, as he loves watching riders and horses reach their top potential. The care and wellbeing of the horse are always the highest priority and custom care programs are available.

Originally from Western New York, Tim is a third generation equestrian, following his passion in the footsteps of his grandfather and mother. He grew up on their family boarding farm in Lockport, NY where, after his sister started surpassing him as a rider, he took up the ribbons on his first driving mini. As he grew so did the size, and number, of his horses. He followed that passion through his college years showing and training alongside the Cable family of Silver Show Farm. Upon graduating from Cornell University he started working for Frolic Weymouth in Chadds Ford, PA. After his passing, Tim moved on to work for Tucker Johnson where he spent nearly three years driving pairs and teams under the direction of Melissa Warner.
Tim’s philosophy of horsemanship is based on clear and consistent training. Providing trust and confidence to horses and drivers, Tim produces results through a disciplined, multidisciplinary approach. Training using a combination of groundwork, long lining, driving, and riding he keeps work varied in order to engage a horse's interest keeping them fit and focused
